Sizing & Planning
What size dance floor do I need?
A good rule of thumb: plan for 2 to 3 square feet per dancer, and assume 30–50% of your guests will be on the floor at any given time. Common sizes:

12×12 ft — up to 50 guests
15×15 ft — 50–100 guests
18×18 ft — 100–150 guests
21×21 ft — 150–200 guests
24×24 ft and up — 200+ guests

Not sure? Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend a size.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak wedding months (April–June and September–November) book 4–6 months in advance. For LED floors and custom wraps, we recommend reserving at least 6 weeks out so we have time to produce your design. Short notice? Call us — we often have availability.
Can I mix and match dance floor types?
Absolutely. A popular combination is a classic parquet surround with an LED or custom-wrap center tile. We can design hybrid layouts for brand activations or bride-and-groom first-dance moments.
Indoor & Outdoor Use
Can your dance floors be used outdoors?
Yes. Our classic panels include a modular subfloor system that self-levels on grass, gravel, brick patios, and uneven surfaces. Outdoor installations require a tent or confirmed dry forecast — electronics and moisture don't mix. LED floors require a tented or indoor environment.
What surfaces can you install on?
Virtually any — concrete, hardwood, tile, carpet, grass, turf, decking, or tent flooring. We bring the appropriate subfloor grid and edge ramps to create a safe, flush surface.
Are the floors ADA compliant?
Our edge ramps create a gentle transition from the surrounding floor, meeting ADA slope guidelines for mobility access. Let us know if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll plan the layout accordingly.
LED & Custom Wraps
How do LED dance floors work?
Our LED panels use programmable RGB lighting with a frosted acrylic top. We offer dozens of preset patterns — solid colors, color fade, chase, sparkle, and beat-sync modes — plus wireless DMX control so you or your DJ can switch looks throughout the night.
What file do I need for a custom wrap?
For best print quality, send us vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or high-resolution images at 150+ DPI at full print size. Not a designer? Our in-house team can design a monogram, floral pattern, or branded layout for a flat design fee.
Can you print my company logo or wedding monogram?
Yes — that's one of our most popular services. We can print full-color logos, monograms, photos, floral art, sponsor graphics, and any custom design. Wraps are produced on high-grade event vinyl with a non-slip matte finish.
Delivery, Setup & Pricing
Is delivery and setup included?
Delivery, installation, and teardown are included for most bookings within the Greater Tampa Bay area (roughly a 30-mile radius). Events further out — Sarasota, Lakeland, Orlando, or Fort Myers — incur a mileage fee which we disclose upfront.
How much does a dance floor rental cost?
Pricing depends on floor type, size, and venue. Typical starting points:

Classic panels — from $400 (12×12 ft)
Custom wraps — from $980
LED floors — from $2,100

Every quote includes delivery, setup, and teardown within our standard service area.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event. We accept all major credit cards and ACH. Full cancellation terms are on every quote.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full general liability insurance and can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to your venue at no charge. Most Tampa venues are already on our list.
Do you service events outside of Tampa?
Yes. While Tampa is our home base, we regularly deliver throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area and across Central Florida for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
